American Auto Body is a local family owned and operated business. Since opening in 1979, our goal has always been to create a comfortable, clean auto shop that doesn’t feel like your typical repair center. We want to make an amazing first impression that will last in our customers’ minds throughout the whole process and keep them coming back.
1979 - American Auto Body was founded by Jim and Cherie Feehan, located in North Minneapolis.
1980 - American Auto Body moved to a larger building in Osseo.
1994 - Jim and Cherie built the current facility in Brooklyn Park.
2006 - Jim and Cherie retired and their eldest son Matthew purchased the company.
