Company Overview

American Auto Body has operated since 1979 with a single focus; exceed the customer’s expectations with respect to their auto body repair experience.  The auto body repair experience consisted of 4 parts of emphasis.

  • First is to understand the customer’s needs and what is important to the customer. Understanding that being in an accident was an inconvenience for the customer. Strive to minimize the inconvenience by doing whatever needed to help assist with repairs.
  • Second is communication. Update the customer throughout the repair process with phone calls or inviting them to the repair center for an in person viewing of their vehicle and its progress.
  • Third emphasis is quality. The repairs must bring the car back to pre-accident condition. Which means the repair must be undetectable.
  • Fourth area of focus is to stand behind the products and workmanship. Support the owner if a problem or question is to arise with respect to their repairs.

Thru the years this customer focus has helped American Auto Body to grow and become well respected with its customers, insurance partners, and community.
