This year’s Black Friday had dealerships across the nation advertising unbeatable deals for the retail holiday, but it turns out that New Year’s Eve specials might be even better. According to TrueCar.com, last year’s discounts on cars were actually the highest on Dec. 31, 2013, with the average discount off suggested retail price at 8.8% that day, as compared with 8.2% during that year’s Black Friday.
